A recent burden and prayer request is for laborers for Japan. In our most recent meetings, we have met several young people who are interested in being missionaries to Japan. We also learned of two couples who will be visiting Japan this summer who plan to pursue mission work there.

Jesus said with regards to the need for workers, “The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.” Matthew 9:37-38 Could there be a greater blessing than to pray for workers and then to see people responding?

In the past two years the Lord has helped us learn of 25 people who have expressed interest in becoming a laborer in Japan. What a tremendous blessing! Will you help us pray that many of these who have contacted us as well as many more will help us reach Japan?
